Education:
B.S.
in Zoology, Oklahoma State University (1993)
Ph.D. in Biological Sciences, University
of Nebraska-Lincoln (1998)
Research Interests:
I
am interested in just about everything. However, in my research, I focus
upon antipredator behavior.
I have researched the antipredator behavior
of a variety of organisms including bison, starlings, and
squirrels. I am also quite interested in conservation
biology and have studied plant taxonomy, bat
ecology, metapopulation dynamics of black-capped
vireos, and the distribution of freshwater benthic
macroinvertebrates.
